No sharp heeled shoes will be permitted. Please consider the weather on the day. We suggest soft low heel shoes, hat, wet weather gear (if it looks like rain) and a warm jacket. You are welcome to bring a small cushion if required.
The Southern Swan tall ship is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Smoking is not permitted aboard the ship.
Please obey any reasonable request from any member of the crew.
Bar staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and service will be refused to any intoxicated passenger.
No alcohol is to be brought onto the ship without prior agreement with Sydney Harbour Tall Ship Company.
Passengers must not bring any illegal substances onto the tall ship.
All prices on the website are subject to change at any time.

Our food may contain nuts.
Sydney Harbour Tall Ship reserves the right to add, withdraw, substitute and/or vary advertised routes, prices, departure times and locations without notice if considered necessary for the safety and welfare of the tall ship, its passengers and crew. However, reasonable effort will be made to maintain arrangements as advertised. Sydney Harbour Tall Ship will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by a passenger as a result.
The Master of the tall ship reserves the right to refuse entry of a passenger onto the tall ship and to require a passenger to disembark the tall ship in the Master's discretion.
To the extent permitted by law, Sydney Harbour Tall Ship and its employees shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with the sail.
The passenger releases Sydney Harbour Tall Ship for any claim incurred including but not limited to a claim for death bodily injury damage or loss of property during embarkation and/or disembarkation to or from the tall ship and/or at all times whilst onboard the tall ship itself, unless caused by wilful misconduct or reckless disregard of Sydney Harbour Tall Ship.
Where an agent on behalf of Sydney Harbour Tall Ship enters into a sale, booking or any other transaction then that agent shall indemnify Sydney Harbour Tall Ship for any loss, damage or expense incurred by Sydney Harbour Tall Ship as a result of any misrepresentation, breach of contract or act of negligence by the agent.
Passengers may be filmed/photographed during the cruise. Sydney Harbour Tall Ships reserves the right to use or reproduce such film/photos for any purpose without notification, compensation or payment.
Terms and Conditions for Sale of Tickets
Kids tickets are for children aged from 5 to 15 years.
Children under 5 years old are allowed free of charge but must be under permanent parent/carer attention.
Please consider the agility of your child if they are walking as there are ropes and other obstacles on the deck. Also consider the disposition of your child - they must be able to be controlled and not impact on the enjoyment of other passengers.
Groups of ten and over adults receive a 10% discount except on already discounted tickets
You must be at the appointed boarding destination 30 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time. The ship cannot wait for late arrivals.
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same scheduled sail date and time. Please contact the booking office on 1300 66 44 10 to advise the name of the substituted passenger.
Bookings can only be changed up to 7 days prior to the original sail date. Tickets can only be changed by our ticket office, contactable on 1300 66 44 10.
The ship will sail in wet weather - tickets will not be refunded due to rain. Bring wet weather gear if it looks like rain – it is all part of the adventure.
If weather conditions or other factors cause the Master to cancel the sail, a rain check for another voyage will be issued. No refunds will be made.

Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificates
A credit card is required to book sails. Our online booking system is powered by Tickets.com who provide a secure transaction engine.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person.
Patrons redeeming gift certificates will receive the current inclusions offered at the date of sail.
Gift certificates must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase and the sail must take place within the 12 months.
Gift certificates are non-transferable to another date after confirmation of booking date.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online. If you wish to redeem a certificates, please contact our ticket office on 1300 66 44 10.
You will receive your gift certificates by mail. If you live in Australia you will receive your certificate within five working days. If you live overseas, allow ten (10) working days for delivery.
Gift certificates are non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions of Charter Agreement
An agreement is signed for the charter of a vessel by the Charterer, operated by Sydney Harbour Tall Ships and covers the rights and obligations of the parties.
