Team Building and Adventure Days

Team building events aboard the Southern Swan can be as interactive as you wish. We have a wide variety of options available ranging from pirate themed treasure hunts through to some team sail hosting followed by a relaxed meal with drinks.

Our professional team building crew have a lot of experience working with corporate groups and will organise a program to suit your needs and best achieve your team building objectives. For instance, we can divide your group into three and have them raising and then setting the sails on each mast which requires team work. We can also organise competitions, treasure hunts and create a program to reinforce your organisation's key messages.

Having your staff come dressed up in a theme such as "pirates" is often a great way to create a fun atmosphere and encourage interaction thereby building better working relationships.
