Welcome The Queen Mary 2 from the Southern Swan!

Saturday, 15 May 2010

Step aboard Sydney’s only authentic timber tall ship - our Southern Swan - to welcome The Queen Mary 2 as she visits Sydney on February 22, 2011.

Queen Mary 2, affectionately known as QM2, was famous even before her first sailing and a worthy heir to Cunard’s rich legacy. With its incredible length (1,132 feet) and 17 decks, she is one of the longest, widest and tallest passenger ship ever built, and remains the largest ocean liner (as opposed to cruise ship) ever built. As the flagship of the world’s most respected fleet of luxury ocean liners, don’t miss out this fantastic opportunity and join us on Sydney Harbour!

Please be aware Cruise times & durations may vary due to amendments to Queen Mary 2 or Queen Elizabeth's schedule. All going to schedule, Queen Elizabeth will also arrive the same morning (please note cruise will operate regardless).

Note that QM2 & QE are both due to dock approx. 7am, with a brief halt approx. 6.30am for a photo shoot. Please check our website for final details 24 hours prior to departure.
