How long are gift certificates valid for?

Gift certificates must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase and the sail must take place within the 12 months. [top]

How do I choose which cruise?

If you have difficulty choosing between a BBQ lunch cruise or a Twilight cruise, remember that our gift certificates are valid for both cruises. The recipient can book the cruise of their choice. [top]

When will I receive my hard copy gift certificate?

You will receive your gift certificates by mail. If you live in Australia you will receive your certificate within five working days. If you live overseas, allow ten (10) working days for delivery. [top]

How many passengers does the ship take?

All sails are limited to 90 passengers (adults and kids combined). [top]

Will I get sea sick?

It is very unlikely. The ship is very stable and we stay inside the harbour. [top]

What should I Wear?

Please consider the weather on the day. We suggest soft low heel shoes, hat, wet weather gear (if it looks like rain) and a warm jacket. You are welcome to bring a small cushion if required. We also suggest you bring sunscreen.  White pants might not be a great idea!
No sharp heeled shoes will be permitted. [top]

How old are children?

5 to 15 years old. The ship is not suitable for children under 5 years old.. [top]

Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately due to the steep stairs required to access facilities on board, the ship does not have wheelchair access. [top]

Are there discounts for groups?

We offer a 10% discount for groups of over 10 adults for ordinary daily scheduled sails and most special events.[top]

What is the entertainment?

Passengers can hoist the sails and help the captain, or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the entertainment provided by the crew. We have musicians on board for our Special Events and charters. [top]

Can I smoke on board?

Smoking is not permitted aboard the ship. [top]

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same scheduled sail date and time.  Please contact the booking office on 1300 66 44 10 to advise the name of the substituted passenger. [top]

How do I change the date of my cruise?

Bookings can only be changed up to 7 days prior to the original sail date. Tickets can be changed by our ticket office, contactable on 1300 66 44 10. [top]

What happens if it rains?

The ship will sail in wet weather - tickets will not be refunded due to rain.  Bring wet weather gear if it looks like rain – it is all part of the adventure.  If weather conditions or other factors cause the Master to cancel the sail, a rain check for another voyage will be issued. No refunds will be made. [top]

Do you cater for vegetarians?

We certainly do! Please advise the chef as you board. [top]

Are seats allocated?

There is no allocated seating on the ship. You are welcome to move around the ship and sit where you please. [top]

Can I bring a child under 5?

The ship is not suitable for children under 5 years old.[top]

How long is the free child ticket available ?

The free child ticket is valid up until 1 June 2008.[top]
